Search applications

Applicant name - The applicant name is the name of the person who applied for the Consent and is normally the current or previous house holder.

Site address - This is the address of the site you wish to search for. Please note that at the time of issue the Consent may not have had a Land & Property Services address and may have been captured as a description, for example, 100m North of 10 Green Road, Strabane.

Consent number - The Consent Number should be visible on any correspondence that has been received by the applicant. The Consent Number starts with a prefix of 'CN'. It is only necessary to insert the number part of the consent in the search box eg 1234/14.

On completing a search, you will be able to view one or more records and can select the appropriate one. If the documents exist for the consent you are searching for, you can click the download button to obtain the consent and map to ensure that you are viewing the correct Consent for your property.

Requesting your Consent

If your Consent is not available to download, you can request it from the Department by clicking on the request button. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you provide as much detail as possible within the message body including the following :-

• Consent number (if known)
• Site address
• Date the Consent was issued
• Name of the current owner or any previous owner, if known
• File number (NC)
